MACSS — Medical Allround-Care Service Solutions
MISSION
The core goal of this project
Built a prototype smart electronic healthcare service platform supporting integrated, bidirectional communication between patients and clinicians for chronically ill patients, piloted with nephrology (kidney-transplant) patients.
Overview
MACSS developed a smart-health platform for continuous monitoring and bidirectional communication between chronically ill patients and their care teams, piloted with kidney-transplant patients at Charité. BHT’s contribution focused on mining processes over relational and text-based data in main memory to support this integrated-care use case.
