MISSION

The core goal of this project

Built an AI-based service ecosystem to help small and medium manufacturing enterprises perform maintenance and repair of complex machinery, using digital assistants so less specialized staff could carry out demanding technical-service work.

Overview

Addressed a shortage of skilled service technicians in industrial maintenance by combining AI-based digital assistants with a service-knowledge platform, letting less-specialized staff diagnose and repair complex machinery with AI guidance. BHT’s role: Prof. Dr. Alexander Löser represented Beuth Hochschule as a consortium partner.
